At no point should any player be punching, shooting, etc. any other player to test if they're AFK. That's considered DM and will be punished appropriately.
If you see somebody who could potentially be AFK, /report them and let the admin handle it from there.

After some discussion by the admin team, we've decided to make the policy on VIP purchases for in-game money clear: it is not allowed. Do not attempt to sell VIP to other players in exchange for in-game money, do not attempt to purchase VIP from other players for in-game money. If you want to be VIP, purchase it yourself.

Well hello there! *cough* sorry, I'm sick and thought I should let you know because I want attention.
Moving on, If you regularly play on the SA:MP server and/or visit the site then you may have noticed that some of the scripters have left due to personal reasons etc. So we are in dire need of dedicated scripters that can help integrate new things for the server and keep it fun for everyone.
