    You should still be able to PM people with the vagrant tag, unless it has been changed recently.
    I believe you got out of the tutorial area before changing from a vagrant, it's been happening quite a bit lately.

    Seems to me that everyone has become a lot more hostile round here. Can hardly RP with people without them throwing in completely unreasonable or irrational BS for the sake of coming out on top. Not saying it's everyone. Hell, maybe it's just bad luck. I just feeling like venting.
